Trust Registry policy
Specific policy for the public Trust Registry: what is published, modalities, modes, consent, holder rights and post-revocation.
Modalities
Standard (full name visible) and Protected (initials or "Protected holder"). Holder can switch any time.
Modes
Controlled (all holders redacted as "Protected holder · TYPE XXXXX") or Operative (each entry's modality governs visibility).
Consent
Nominative publication requires explicit consent at application, renewed at least every 3 years.
Post-revocation
Public ficha keeps the code and "Revoked" status with categorical reason. Persistence prevents covert reactivation and ensures public traceability.
Signed QR
Each valid entry can emit an HMAC-SHA256 signed QR with 30-day expiration. Verification is logged in aggregate (no raw IP).
Holder rights
Change modality, access, rectify, request removal, export portable copy. Channel: privacy@accreditationcenter.org.
